Gi Group is searching for a SALES ADVISOR for its Client, an international retail group operating across Europe and the MENA region, with a strong portfolio of high-end fashion concepts located in prime luxury shopping destinations (Băneasa Shopping City). The client is focused on delivering an elevated, personalized shopping experience through exceptional service, strong product knowledge, and customer-centric engagement.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Sales Advisor will act as a key representative of the store, delivering outstanding customer service while contributing to the achievement of individual and store sales targets. This role is ideal for a motivated sales professional with a passion for fashion, strong interpersonal skills, and experience in premium or high-end retail environments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide a high-level, personalized customer experience in line with luxury retail standards
  • Build strong, long-term relationships with clients to drive loyalty and repeat business
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets (KPIs) through proactive selling and product expertise
  • Maintain excellent product knowledge to effectively advise customers and support styling decisions
  • Support daily store operations, including opening/closing procedures, merchandising, and housekeeping
  • Assist with stock management, including deliveries, replenishment, transfers, and inventory control
  • Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints in a professional and timely manner
  • Collaborate closely with the team to ensure a positive and high-performing store environment


CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Minimum 1 year of proven experience in retail, preferably in premium or high-end fashion

• Strong sales mindset with a natural ability to engage customers and close sales

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Customer-focused, energetic, and results-driven

• Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced retail environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends

• Advanced level in English is required (additional languages are an advantage)
