Gi Group is looking for a Sr. Customer Service Specialist for a multinational company that offers commercial and consumer products, engineering services and aerospace systems for a wide range of customers, from private consumers to large corporations and governments.


Location: Bucharest, Pipera

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 09:00 - 17:30


Requirements:


  • Computer literate with competency in Windows and MS Office skills;
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills;
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken) plus the designated language corresponding to the main area designated;
  • Minimum 1 year relevant experience in customer service/order administration.



Responsibilities:


  • Act as primary point of contact to accept service orders from customers via email, EDI and phone; 
  • Process customer requests for contract cancellations and/or credits; 
  • Consistently monitor pending and open order requests to follow-up and resolve issues with inter-functional departments such as finance, product management and service teams; 
  • Review order requests against defined set of requirements to determine compliance – this includes sell/ship/bill authority, validity of requested pricing and financial terms and service availability.
