Gi Group is looking for Customer Support Specialist with German / Italian / French / Polish for the "Digital Power Department"of our global client acting in the field of telecommunications and IT.


Location: Bucharest

Schedule: Full-time, Full-office, Monday – Friday, 10:00-18:30


Requirements:


  • Education: University degree;
  • More than 1-year customer support experience;
  • Fluency in English with minimum B2 level in German/ Italian/ Spanish /Dutch/ Polish/ French/ Turkish;
  • Good customer communication skills;
  • Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy;
  • Power system or renewable energy industry related experience (For candidate who speaks only English).


Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for level 1 technical support, provide solution to customer via email, phone and other channels;
  • Output customer issue analysis report, improve customers’ satisfaction;
  • Onsite support for major or critical problems.
