Job Title: EMEA ERC Generalist

About the Role:
Join to our client's dynamic Employee Relations Center (ERC) team as an EMEA ERC Generalist, where you will be the cornerstone of support for their employees across the EMEA region. This position involves acting as the first contact point for all employee experience (EX) related inquiries throughout their life cycle, ensuring a positive and effective work environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as the primary contact for employees across EMEA regarding EX-related questions, policies, procedures, programs, and tools (e.g., Workday, ServiceNow).
Efficiently manage, track, and report on employee inquiries and resolve cases using Adobe's case tracking tool.
Support and drive local and regional projects, requiring excellent coordination, project management, and collaboration skills.
Assist employees and managers in optimizing self-service transactions using internal tools and resources.
Address Tier 1 & 2 queries regarding compensation, benefits, HR data management, etc.
Mitigate customer concerns and focus on quick resolution.
What We’re Looking For:
Experience with Workday.
Proven problem-solving skills and commitment to customer service.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Process-oriented with the ability to manage detailed work within an SLA environment while maintaining high NPS.
Ability to maintain the highest level of confidentiality and work independently or as part of a team.
Previous experience in a shared services organization is a plus.
Proficiency in English and Romanian; additional languages are welcome.
Education:
University degree required.
