We're seeking an organized, action-oriented EMEA Talent Coordinator to ensure a seamless recruitment and onboarding experience for our client”s company. Partner with their Talent Partners and Talent Scouts to manage candidate processes efficiently and effectively, enhancing their brand as an employer of choice.
Key Responsibilities:
Candidate Management (75%): Manage the candidate flow throughout interviewing, offer, and hiring stages. This includes scheduling complex interviews (phone, in-person, remote), coordinating travel arrangements, finalizing offer letters with Talent Partners and hiring managers, and ensuring all supporting employment documents are sent out accurately.
Client Management (20%): Work closely with internal clients to maintain a smooth operation and address any issues promptly. Ensure continuous communication and alignment with the recruitment goals.
Other Projects (5%): Participate in initiatives such as University Talent, Global Mobility, M&A, and Employment Branding projects, contributing to continuous improvement efforts.
Skills and Experience:
Proven ability to work efficiently with a keen sense of urgency.
Exceptional communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with candidates and internal teams at all levels.
Strong integrity, building trust through consistent actions, confidentiality, and respect for others.
Incredible attention to detail with a passion for exceptional customer service.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) and experience with Applicant Tracking Systems like Workday; ServiceNow knowledge is a plus.
Educational background: B.A. or B.S. degree, or equivalent practical experience.
